Name and location

It is called Predictors Form Template - it resides in my bradytj google drive.

There is a Gscript Add in in this form called readInQuestions and when this is run it grabs the data in the Google Sheets file GamesForWeekTemplate and populates this into the form - then a save as copy is required after which another Add in called 'Email Notifications for Google Forms' is used to set up the emails for confirmation to the responders to the form and the ones that go to my inbox that are used by the python script to populate the weekly prediction spreadsheet.
